I’m so glad that you want to learn more about plant-based cuisine.  Here’s what you can do on my site:

  • Learn more about the compelling reasons to adopt a whole-food, plant-based diet – and discover that it’s not an all-or-none prospect.  Even cutting back on your consumption of animal products will improve your health, help decrease global warming, and widen the circle of compassion to include farm animals.
  • Sign up for my e-newsletter so that you will receive my latest posts in your inbox.  It’s easy — just fill in the form on the sidebar.
  • Read my reviews.  I’ll be covering interesting vegan items that you can find in the grocery store or in restaurants.  You can also check out my reviews of some handy kitchen tools.
  • Try out my recipes.  Development of recipes is not my primary focus, but I do periodically post a recipe that I have created. Whenever I post a recipe, my goal is to bring you delicious foods that are packed with whole foods — so my recipes contain ingredients like whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and nuts.  And I have recently begun restricting the use of refined oils and sugars so that my recipes will be as healthy as possible, although a few of the recipes may still contain limited amounts of these ingredients. Please leave a review if you find a recipe that you like.
  • Find out about food-oriented events that I’ve attended.
  • Learn about animal advocacy and rescue efforts that are important to me.
